Starring all your favourite ’90s teen actors, and featuring a kick-ass soundtrack, absolutely nothing tops the sassy guidance counsellor played by Allison Janney in 10 Things I Hate About You – don’t fight me on this.
A fact probably unknown by many is that the film was a 1999 modernised retelling of Shakespeare’s Taming of the Shrew; don’t let adults tell you that teen romantic comedies rot your brains.
Frequently memed on Instagram, it’s only over 20 years since the its release that we’re beginning to see 10 Things I Hate About You tattoos.
It just worked out so perfectly that I found ten tattoos to share. I’re sure you’ll find more than ten things that you love about these pieces, and ten things that you hate about them, will all ten being the fact that you weren’t the first to think and ink them!
Heath Ledger as The Joker has been done to death (pardon the pun), and I’m yet to see a (good) tattoo of his character in 10 Things I Hate About You – maybe that’s an idea to add to your tattoo wishlist.
