Don’t You Wish That Money Trees Could Pay For Your ‘Animal Crossing’ Tattoo?

Animal Crossing is a Nintendo video game series where a human (the player) lives in a village with anthropomorphic animals who have human traits, emotions, and the ability to talk.

The first game was released way back in 2001, followed by 3 spin-offs – Happy Home Designer, Amiibo Festival, and Pocket Camp – in subsequent years.

March 2020 saw the fifth main title game, with Animal Crossing: New Horizons released on the Nintendo Switch.

I was surprised at the sheer number of Animal Crossing tattoos on Instagram, and that so many were of decent quality. When it comes to video games, it seems that gamers know well enough to do their artist research before going under the needle.

Sadly, Animal Crossing currency won’t cover the expense of your tattoo. With almost 500 Animal Crossing characters to choose from, by the time you’ve decided on the character (or multiple characters) you want featured, settled on a tattoo style, and found the right artist, you’ll surely have increased your savings.

With some many excellent tattoos to share with you, I’ve split the images between three lists. Simply click on the links below.
