HOYVIN-GLAVIN! Professor Frink Tattoos

With the full name of Professor John I. Q. Nerdelbaum Frink Jr., I’m glad that this Simpsons character is simply known as Professor Frink.

Voiced by Hank Azaria, this year will mark 32 years since Professor Frink’s first appearance in the show – he made his debut in “Old Money” (Episode 17 of Season 2).

Mad and socially inept (I can relate), Frink is known for creating bizarre inventions. Originally intended to be evil, he’s now just a lovable nerd. Buckteeth were added later to Frink as a parody of Jerry Lewis’ character, Julius Kelp from 1963’s The Nutty Professor.

The Simpsons holds a dear place in the hearts and minds of millions, but none more so than those who named their computer programming language Frink after the character.

Professor Frink is Hank Azaria’s favourite character to voice. If he’s your favourite Simpsons character then we’re sure you’ll love these tattoos.
