I’m not someone who enjoys celebrating my birthday with a party or even a cake. Years ago, I used to spend my birthday treating myself to a new tattoo. It’s my birthday tomorrow, but I won’t be getting tattooed this year, so I’ve decided to share some (birthday cake) tattoos with you instead.
Maybe you’re a baker or cake decorator; you want to remember a particular birthday celebration; a cake represents a scene or character from your favourite film or television show; or you’re a huge fan of The Australian Women’s Weekly Children’s Birthday Cake Book (IYKYK) – this list is a sign that you need to get yourself a cake tattoo.
It’s recommended not to attend tattoo appointments without having eaten prior, so you can literally have your cake (tattoo) and eat it too!
