Rolls, buns, or scrolls – these sweet and sticky cinnamon treats go by many names and today I’m going to throw another name in the mix: kanelbulle.
Today, October 4, is Kanelbullens dag (Cinnamon Roll Day) in Sweden and Finland. The day was created 25 years ago by Kaeth Gardestedt (when working at the Home Baking Council) to celebrate Swedish baking traditions.
