If you’re like me and have yet to watch Weapons, don’t worry because there’s no spoilers here.
Weapons is a mystery horror movie from the mind of Zach Cregger who wrote, produced and co-scored the movie – it’s a follow up to 2022’s Barbarian, Cregger’s writing and directorial debut.
Some noteable characters include:
Josh Brolin as Archer Graff, father of one of the missing children;
Amy Madigan as Aunt Gladys;
Julia Garner as Justine Gandy, elementary school teacher whose class goes missing; and
Benedict Wong as Marcus Miller, the school principal.
There’s 17 families demanding to know the whereabouts of their children, to which neither their teacher, the school principal, nor the police can provide them answers.
Following the success of Weapons at the box office, Aunt Gladys has been all over social media, particularly in cosplay and makeup tutorials around Halloween.
While there’s only a few Gladys tattoos to share for now, it’ll be interesting to see if that changes over the course of the next 12 months. Are you considering adding her to your tattoo collection, or perhaps another character from Weapons?
